Up to 85 lessons, each beginning with the coach (a real person video stream) providing direct instruction.  The student then practices each lesson learning during a series of exercises. The coach is always there to respond to the students specific problem, giving students support and confidence to master each lesson.  Review tests throughout the course ensure mastery and long term memory retention.
